During your week, midweek or long weekend retreat we keep ourselves as natural as possible. We won’t consume any coffee, green or black tea, animal products or wine (alcohol). We got you girl, get stronger every day during the retreat!

Don’t waste your hard work in the gym with a bad diet! Let us guide you and get in shape now with the help of great nutrition. Besides the nutrition during the retreat, you can extend the long-term effects with the meal schedule of 4 weeks including recipes which you can make at home.

Healthy meals included at the all-in active, yoga and health retreat
During the retreats, all mineral water and herbal tea is included to ensure the right results. If you wish other drinks (other than water or herbal tea) are for your own expenses and responsibility.
Meals are included during your stay. We’re eating them or together in the morning before/ after a sport activity, or they are delivered in your shared holiday home in a closed box of glass to keep it nice, warm, cold and fresh with the best quality.
All maisonnettes have a modern kitchen, however you don’t need to cook during your stay.
